Farmer's Lagoon

This is a deliciously fruity beverage that has a tendency to sneak up on you. It was one of our favorites during our time living in Washington State.

I also include a Mocktail version of this recipe for our 21 and under crowd.

Cocktail Ingredients:

5 oz Pineapple juice

1 oz Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum

1 oz Blue Curaçao (add in last)

Garnish with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg and a slice of orange or pineapple

Mocktail Ingredients:

5 oz Pineapple juice

1 splash of vanilla extract

1 pinch ground cinnamon

1-2 drops of blue food coloring (add in last)

Garnish:
