Ingredients:
8 ounces sour cream or greek yogurt for a healthier alternative
6 ounces ounces bacon (cooked and crumbled)
4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded (about 2 cups)
⅓ cup sliced scallions (about 3 scallions)
Directions:
Mix together in 1 quart baking dish and heat on 400 for about 20 minutes until the dip is bubbling and starting to turn golden brown on top.
Serve warm with slices of toasted baguette or pita chips.
