This is a delicious copycat recipe of S&F Tequila Lime Sauce.
It's fantastic as a marinade or as a dressing.
Ingredients:
1 cup white tequila
4 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp onion, minced
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1-1/2 cups oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredient except oil in sauce pan over medium heat stirring until it boils. Remove from heat and stir in oil.
Yield: About 3 cups
