Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese softened
1-2 tablespoons chopped chives
1 avocado
1 baguette
Cumin
Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Slice the baguette into 1/8" slices. Mix the chopped chives into the softened cream cheese adding salt and pepper to taste. Spread a thin layer of each slice of baguette and toast until it starts to brown. Top with avocado slices and a sprinkle of cumin and paprika, then serve while fresh.
Makes about 18 appetizers
