Farmer's Sausage Casserole

Savory but not too rich, this casserole hits all the spots! Enjoy this with a large crowd or make it on the weekend and have hot and ready breakfast all week!


5 eggs

1 cups milk

1/2 pound sausage cooked and crumble

1 cup shredded cheese

3/4 Baguette cubed

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon dry mustard powder


Mix the eggs and milk together with the seasoning.

Add the sausage and cheese and mix well.

Mix in the cubed bread and mix until well covered.

Let sit for at least 10 minutes or refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in a Bunt pan or 40 minutes in a 9x13 casserole dish.
